Meet the Owners

Prinzo Fine Catering's owners, Tony and Susan Prinzo, bring a unique perspective to the catering industry in Ottawa. Tony began working at a local restaurant upon his arrival from Italy in 1965. Shortly afterwards, he was recruited by the Chateau Laurier, where he learned the business. At the very early age of 21, he purchased his first cafeteria, Café Rideau, and eventually began catering various functions. He is privileged to have had over 34 years in the food service industry.

Susan began working for Prinzo's over 25 years ago. This husband-and-wife team believes in having a happy and satisfied client. Tony and Susan love working with people. They are skilled in understanding the specific needs of each individualized event and take great pride in a superb customer-satisfaction record. Tony has been a member of the Canadian Italian Business and Professional Association (CIBPA) for the past 25 years. He has also participated in local events such as Winterlude, the Tulip Festival and Italian Week, to name only a few. He has donated countless hours of service within the city and surrounding community.
